D & T Firestone

I’ve taken my Infiniti M45 here, ever since I bought it.
They have always been cheaper on services then Clear Lake Infiniti, and who doesnt like to save money?
They’ve always done a good job, except when i got my 60k mile service. I mean the i guess they did all the work, but the mechanic, whoever worked on my car, bent my hood hindge! Since I have always taken my car here, I never bothered to look at it, until my dad and my cosin saw my car the next morning (sunday).
I took it to a couple body shops and they were telling me $ 400+ to fix. I was like“WTF?!?” I called the D & T and even though I didnt talk to the owners, whoever answered the phone, he was like «you should check your car, before you drive out of here. After that we are not held responcible.» I learned my lesson!
