We do not complain or write reviews for much. But this deserved some notice. We have visited this location on numerous occasions. Each time, the wait was 45+min. Last visit: after 30+ minutes in line, it was our turn at the ordering box. After several minutes no response/greeting when it was our turn to order, we simply said«Hello?» And the response was, and I quote, «Do you want to come make the food yourself?!» from a female voice. Not a «just one moment», or «I’ll be with you in a minute», or «Please hold», it was«DOYOUWANTTOCOMEMAKETHEFOODYOURSELF». So we pulled to the window without ordering. The female stood in front of the window and ignored us. The manager(a male) opens the window after several minutes. We asked if he heard what just happened. The female standing behind him was yelling«I’m not going to wait on them, they can come inside and order», «I’m not doing this», and continued to yell very ugly things over the manager and us. The manager finally turned around and yelled«ENOUGH!» to the employee. We asked for names and politely drove off. Seriously? We are quiet, polite people with children. And after over 45 minutes and nothing but a VERY polite«hello» we are yelled at??? We have submitted complaints, but also know we have a choice. We will not be back to this location.

I’m giving this restaurant 1 star for there very poor customer service! I was there with my husband and daughter just going to order some food. When a lady in front of me ordered and the cashier rung it up as $ 3.24 the lady gave her a $ 5 bill and a quarter but the cashier had already rung her up instead of handling the situation properly as you are supposed to at your job the cashier barges towards the back of the restaurant and said out loud to her co workers and management«ooh she just pissed me off» making the statement loud so the customer would hear. As the customer heard that she went back up to the counter and said mam I don’t appreciate that, and at that moment I took my daughter and said lets go for lunch else where. And never did the customer raise her voice or had any type of argument with the cashier. Guess she just had a very bad day. Hope the customer calls corporate and they teach the employees how to properly handle situations like so.

I normally don’t write reviews for fast food places, but after a long day, it was nice to be greeted with a friendly smile, and a cheerful attitude. That always makes a dining experience much better!

Faster, friendlier, and more accurate, at least at the counter, than some of their chain locations. Always clean when I visit. Oddly seems not as busy as some, might be because it can really only be entered from Kroger or 146 feeder, not Fairmont. Readily accepts their coupons.

Ok so it’s Jack. You know the food and what to expect. The staff here is competent and friendly. This place seems to be open 24⁄7 so no matter if I am going to work at 4 am or coming home at 5 am I can get some food. The one weird thing is there are a bunch of trees by the drive through and like a million birds live in them. It is like you are in a jungle with all the noise they make.
