Bryan and Ivonne are the friendliest, most helpful couple ever. They are extremely knowledgable about everything cars, A to Z. Whether your car is German, Korean, or Japanese, regardless if your car damage is the smallest scratch or the heaviest of damage, they can fix it. Alliance even provides loaner cars (if available) for you while your car is being fixed.
This place has competitive pricing, quick turnaround, and professional service. I have recommended them to anyone with car damage.

Had my 335i M sport fixed here after some lady rear ended me at a stoplight.
Service 5⁄5: extremely helpful and knowledgable people who kept me in the loop at all times.
Quality of work 5⁄5: in the past I’ve had some work done else where and the quality of work wasn’t always nice. When you come to Alliance, expect the top of the line work. The paint matched perfectly (some repainted parts at other auto shops don’t match 100%). I am satisfied and a repeat customer.
Value 5⁄5: Really competitive pricing. And they will not lie to you about anything to make more $$$. We’ve all went to those shops where hidden fees endlessly come.

The Asian lady who answered the phone said yes, they could provide me with an estimate. I show up, and then she says NO they can only give it to the at-​fault insurance who is paying for the repairs. I told her the situation when I first called her so I wouldn’t waste my time and gas driving all the way to their shop, when I pointed this out to her all she said was oh sorry sorry! Very unprofessional customer service. This shop has no problem lying to customers, good luck giving them your business.

The nicest people and quality work! I brought two cars to be repaired. My brand new truck was hit on the side, brought it here because it was recommended by a friend. They fixed it and was a bit dissatisfied by one small detail, took it back and they were very apologetic and gave me a free rental car. When i returned to pick up my truck a week or so later it was perfect! :)
Also brought my Honda Accord, someone hit the back door and i couldn’t open it from the outside. They somehow messed up just the handle, Alliance ordered me a handle and took an hour or less to install a few days later.
I must have bad luck because the car I’m now driving has a dent from a shopping cart, and i cant stand dents!!! So i shall be returning for a quote soon.
They are a bit hidden, i just know to turn right where the huge chicken is at the burger joint on the corner.

I am so pleased with the service, professionalism of Alliance Auto. They get the work done quickly and with high quality. They are helpful and friendly. This wife and husband team are always kind and happy when I go there. They are also very responsive when I call and they always get back to me immediately letting me know the status of my car. I am so thankful to them and would like to recommend them to anyone in need of any body service on their car. They go above and beyond and I love that they are family owned and operated. Yvonne and Brian take the time to provide that personal connection with me and I truly appreciate their work. Thank you again for all your help in my time of need and treating me like family.
