Issue of non compliance,
It’s reasonable to utilize a key for bathroom use, but to deny usage for PUBLIC USE, because of an issue they experienced, per floor manager Ruth, is a crime!
When you ask to use a public bathroom it is for necessity not for any other reason!
To say restroom closed for public because of some incident, why don’t they stop selling and receiving cash because of store robberies, stop selling liquor because drunk drivers, etc.
Ruth was clear until she receives change order from her superiors, closed restroom for public, not any consideration of 7 year old in need of facilities.
Lack of consideration. almost like speaking to robot, or non thinking unit!

Orange, CA
This one and the one on La Puente and Amar are the smaller non-​24 hour locations in the area (one the on Amar and Hacienda is 24 hours). Why come here instead of the one on Hacienda??? Because this one and the one on La Puente both have drive throughs and is less busy.

I come here for prescriptions sometimes. The staff are nice and the store is clean compare to some of the others in the area.
