Cesar and Brian really make this a great place to get into MTG. I hadn’t played in years and decided start up again and they are very helpful.

came here to check out local card shops. I cant really say much. Not the best prices, but felt homey. small place, friendly owner. Paying with card can seem abit sketchy as hes doesnt have the device for charging with card, so hes using some kind of app. but everything worked out.

Pretty big store, a little bit on the dirty side. Holds small tournaments almost nightly. I’m in here for the yu-gi-oh but there was a magic tournament as well. Prize support for yu-gi-oh: $ 8 per person, 1 turbo pack with entry. Prize support is 1 booster per person entered in the pot. Top 3 get prizes. Not bad. For oru 6 person tournament, 6 packs in the prize pool, winner gets 3 packs, 2nd gets 2 and one gets 3rd. I won so $ 8 for 4 packs, not too shabby. Plus they run the tournaments fast. No waiting around!

Played Innistrad Pre-release here on a Sunday. The store isn’t much to look at. A little bit of comics, some figures, and TCG cards(think there were a lot more selection behind the counter). The store could probably use more cleaning. The event was well organized(stats were posted immediately), did everything by the book. Random prizes were given out randomly to the participants. Entry fee was $ 20, cash only, was told that’s a really good deal(other places were asking for $ 30). The participants were nice, 4 out of 5. I would have rated 5 out of 5, but some guy had to show off his butt crack through out the whole event. Shop owner was super friendly, made an effort to remember everyone’s first name. Walked around and made sure everything was okay. They also have a booth at Frank and Son’s, and host Friday Night Magic(FNM).
