Taco Bell

The ladies who work at this location are great! The taco bell app, not even on the radar of great. Even though the app didn’t register my order (once again!!!)I made sure to take a screen shot to show that my order was put in.
When I got there, the cashier had to search for it to no avail on their end but they still went above and beyond to make my order anyways in the middle of their busy set.

As much as I liked eating here as a kid, I really can’t afford to anymore because we don’t have the metabolism that we once we did, however, this review isn’t about the food today. Regardless, Taco Bell is delicious. So these 5 stars belong to the gentleman that worked there at 2am. I wish I caught he name! But I was coming home late one night and one of my family members asked me to swing by and drop off some nachos. I hate disappointing my family so I stopped by the closests Taco Bell to the free, which was Baldwin Park. Unfortunately, to my dismay, they closed at 10pm. Just in case, I called Taco Bell in la puente and asked if they were open. A nice guy picked up the phone at 1:50 and told me that if I was on my way, he’d make sure I got my food. Dude. That’s so awesome. I made it there, he was kind, and told me that if this happened again, just to give him a call. Had I had cash or taco bell let me tip on my credit card, I would’ve left him a fat tip. Hmm… I’ll keep 10 bucks in my car for the next time I meet him again. Thanks, Taco Bell

It’s a Taco Bell and our order wasn’t wrong. It’s very clean inside.
They earned the last star with a charger/​USB bar where you can charge your device while you chow down!

I don’t know what it is about this taco bell but they always get my order wrong!!! Check your order before leaving!

Okay, I know, I know its just a chain. But before you get your panties in a bunch, I’m writing this review solely based on their customer service. I don’t know what it is about this particular location but the staff is ALWAYS on point. They are courteous, happy, and best of all HAPPY to serve you. Even if it is just a taco bell, they have excellent standards. Sit down restaurants can take a cue from this staff! I always leave that drive thru with a smile. The staff always engages in conversation with me, they smile, and I’m on my way with a smile. Its the little things that make customers happy and they are doing it here. Keep up the great work, Taco bell Hacienda staff!

Standard Taco Bell but the employees there are SUPER nice and freindly!

Good for late night munchies.

The food tastes the same as any other Taco Bell, but what makes this location stand out is how great the employees are. Every time I go, no matter who is working they are always super chipper and friendly. I really appreciate that and it always makes for a better experience.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I must say they have really good customer service! Last time they gave us the wrong order and they were polite and quick to fix it! Really nice people working there!

First of all they put onions in my enchirito even though I asked for no onion, and second they didn’t put a spork in my bag. Have you ever eaten an enchirito with your hands?

I must agree… This Taco Bell is the best in the area and never disappoints… EVER!. I’ve been coming here for 8 years. I used to always bring my Grandpa by after his dialysis and with his special diet, they always made his burrito just right! Since he passed away, the (now) manager always remembers him and treats us all royally! The rest of the staff is also great, attentive… and never complains if you ask for any ‘extras’. I hope things here never change. c;

the only tacobell that is clean and people are nice there. they bring us the food and always ask is everything is fine.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a bunch. The food just tastes fresher there and the employees are very friendly. I once spilled some guacamole on my pants while seated at a table and one of the workers rushed over to me with a wet towel so that I could wipe it off!
