I don’t know what is going on over there. Maybe too many patients, maybe not properly training staff, but I have been neglected and abandoned. You can call to speak to someone and reach voice mail that is more often full. If you do leave a message you get a call back in a few days but if they get your voice mail all they say is that they called you back and do not answer the questions you left. If you do connect they say they will speak to the doctor and call you back, but that rarely happens. Try to get an appointment within 2 weeks, even if things are serious.

Vanessa in Reception has been consistently helpful. Manny was very pleasant & helpful. Wow!
Physician Assistant Jenny Miller is awesome too! She had a warm professional personality. She had listened to all of my concerns & explained many things & gave me great advice! She didn’t rush me & made sure that all of my questions were completely answered.
So far my experience has been great here!
