Just had one of the escrow officers from this company say, «Short sales aren’t for everyone,» when asked about the fees associated to close one. Guess what? Based on that response and attitude, «I guess some escrow offices aren’t for everyone.» Silly me, for a company that says they give service that officer was very unhelpful. (La Quinta office) Will not use this company ever.
