Ritzi 2 U by Roz Mobile Grooming

I wouldn’t have anybody but Roz unless it was an emergency or I was out of town and the dog fell into a mud puddle!
Roz is simple the best. She’s on time, cheerful, happy to see the dogs, gentle and just all around terrific. I would recommend her to anyone on the planet! Wooky adores her! As do I. She’s a wonderful, compassionate, thoughtful human being. I hope to be like her some day.

Roz has been grooming our pups for about 4 years. She’s the best ever. She’s caring, loves your dogs as her own. AND my pups don’t mind grooming. That in itself tells me a lot.
We have very small dogs…5 pounds or less… Two Yorkies and a Malti-​poo. The malti-​poo requires two folks to groom in as his hair is very tight like a poodle and he needs someone to hold him during the grooming process.
Roz also lets me know if she sees anything about the pups that require attention. She comes to the house, is always on time, calls the day ahead… IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS… A BIG THANK YOU TO ROZ AND HER TEAM.

Ritzi to U by Roz has been the best experience! Roz is wonderful and kind. My 17 year old, Bear, feels so safe with her and my 6 year old, Gracie, has learned to behave when groomed.

I have been taking my dogs to Roz since 1981. We used to go to her shop. Classy Clips, and then Ritzy Rover. She is the best groomer I have ever had. When my cocker was going to have puppies she let me bring my black cocker to help us with deliver. Roz works well with older dogs, puppies, dogs that have issues she is a dog whisper. I have had a lot of dogs since 1981 and Roz has made our dogs feel like family. Her grooming is far more superior the most groomers. Now that she is mobile I love it my dogs can be groomed right at my house. That was a great idea on her part. I have never ever heard one person ever complain about the service that Ritzi 2U gives. I recommend RITZI 2 U.

This is one of the best mobile groomers I have ever used. They are happy, and loving towards each pet. Their skill level reflects the years of experience at one of the high end grooming shops here in the valley. Beautiful work, beautiful people. There are not enough stars to reflect their caring and talented staff led by Roz.

I’ve had Roz as a groomer since ’07. My sweet angel, Coco Chanel is now 17 years old. It’s great to know that she can get «beautified» right outside my door.
Roz is not just a groomer, she is an animal lover. It is not unusual for Roz to be lovingly, cleaning up an abandoned dog for adoption.
My neighbor who had 2 unsocial dogs was in constant search for a dog grooming salon. His dogs, out of fear would get pretty aggressive with the groomer. I referred him to Roz and not only was he amazed with the quality of her work but most importantly how much they looked forward to seeing her for their baths. After one of his dogs died, he adopted one of Roz’s rescues.
I cannot say enough about Roz’s quality of work. From hair cutting, trimming etc. she delivers a perfectly pampered baby. For those of us who adore our 4 legged, furry family member (s) and need to feel assured they are not just being groomed, but lovingly and gently being looked after, Roz is the premier mobile groomer!

Do not take your pet here! Or even inquire! You might get treated like I was treated, and let’s just say it was MEAN.
What happened is very accurate and true and any rebuttals by them or others in their defense are completely false and they are trying to save face.
I very politely inquired on their Facebook page about their grooming services for my dog and cat. I described in detail the typical grooming routine for them. In return, I was personally attacked and ridiculed on their Facebook page by the company, friends of the groomer, or other groomers who work for them. One even posted «Slap the Idiot» on there. I’m absolutely shocked and dismayed at this kind of behaviour. Especially when we’re entrusting these people to care for our pets. Knowing who they really are now, I would never, ever let them lay a finger on my pets.
All I can say is run, run, run away from this business. If they don’t care about people, I doubt they would care for our pets.

You’re sorry I feel this way? Gee, thanks. I think you’re sorry you/​your business/​your employees/​your colleagues posted such awful things. And, of course it was your Facebook page (really? you’re going to try to say it was not your Facebook page?). I’m not an idiot; And, no, it was not a private page, because obviously I respectfully and politely posted my grooming inquiry on your page. And, yes, several of the replies to my post made fun of the fact that they (actually it was «we» and «I’) would not take on this grooming job (though, certainly not stated in such a nice way as I have just written). Maybe it should have been private, but it wasn’t. Thankfully, you exposed your true selves, which revealed the type of people you are. I’d like to say you’re all just not nice people, but really everyone was just mean. I really could not believe it. Needless to say, I felt a responsibility to post an honest review of what occurred, so that people had the option of knowing, before they made a decision to bring any of their pets to your business.

We have only recently started using Roz and Ritzy 2 U mobile grooming. Roz and her team are so loving and understanding of your pets needs. I have a yorkie with heart issues and she gets stressed getting groomed. Roz allows me to come into the van and hold my Lucy while she grooms her so that Lucy feels more comfortable. The past mobile groomers loved to tell me how difficult my dogs were. I’m guessing because my dogs didn’t like them. I take all my ques from my dogs. That’s why we will never use anyone but Ritzy 2 U from now on! Thanks Roz for taking such great care with my babies!
