Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

Truly Nolan is the place to go for all of your pest-​control needs. We have been using them for over six years in our old home. We bought a home last July, and it passed termite inspection. We then called Truly Nolen out to resume our routine ant and pest control service, and they found active termites. The inspector took me around our home and showed me proof of what a termite infestation looks like. He found them in nine different areas of our home. I was freaking out to say the least. I was also very angry at the other pest control company who did the termite inspection. When we called them, they not only were difficult to get ahold of, they did not honor their guarantee. It did not matter, because the only pest control service we trust is Truly Nolan. Brian Brown is the person we dealt with. He was professional, on time, and answered all of our questions. We were even able to negotiate on the price by a few hundred dollars. When it came time for the actual termite clearance, everything was done as they said it would be. I am so glad that we got rid of those little suckers!
On another note, we have service with them only every three months. There have been a couple times over the past several years where we’ve had ants come before our next ant and pest control service. They come out for free and just do a little touch up where it is needed. Don’t trust a local mom and pop pest control service in this valley… USE TRULY NOLAN.

Have to say this was a great company to work with. They did a complete subterranean termite job. This was a big job that included drilling through foundation and also outside of house. David was great to work with. There was a miscommunication between us and he remediesd the issue immediately to my complete satisfaction. We were moving furniture out for a a flooring project and he worked around the construction workers which is what they said they would do. Really importantly their onsight workers — found a link underneath a sink.
They were terrific and I would highly recommend them without reservation.

This is a truly professional company. My wife had just returned from the hospital and upon our return we had and infestation of ants. My wife call this company and they came out 1 hour later to check the problem. We wanted these critters out today. They were very understanding and as I was pleading to have someone to celebrate out today, there was a knock at the door. They hit the ground and did far more than what we asked. Not only did they sprayed for ants they removed all cob webs, wasp nest
and for fire ants. Long story short, if you want any critters killed call the guys.

This is definitely something you don’t ever see. I contacted Truly Nolen to look at a hornet’s nest that needed removed from a house I am currently buying. I have never done business with them before (first time home buyer) so it was a shot in the dark on who to ask. David Lara from Truly Nolen went to the property to prepare an estimate for me but instead removed the hornet’s nest and didn’t charge me. (insert gasping face here).
Truly Nolen has my business going forward for all my «pestie» needs. Thank you so much for being the one thing going right in this purchase of my first home :)

Truly Nolen does not settle for less than your complete satisfaction. When I had rat problems, it took a while for the rats to get trapped. They found I was not satisfied based on a negative review I posted on this site. The day after I posted, they called and asked what they could do to ensure my satisfaction. Truly Nolen then gave me more than I asked for.
If they find you are not satisfied, they do whatever they can to make it right. They are definitely committed to excellence.

They are always 2 – 3 hours late to everything… the first time they came, they did absolutely nothing but look around our office.
