Pros:
They do a good job cleaning
Cons:
Maintenance costs are expensive and often not completed right the first time.
Billing is super complicated. I was never sure what I was paying for.
It was hard to find solutions to problems. All problems were our problems, not their’s. It’s hard to work with someone that doesn’t want to improve.
This husband and wife team is off to a good start and I wish them well in their endeavor. But our experience was less than stellar and I just want to be honest about that.

If there were 10 stars I would press on them. Robert and Monique are the very best in the world. Lifesavers to say the least. They actually know how to build a house. They have been on my site every step of the way when I have large brand new projects. They have even helped on these projects, not just managed. I do not to this day know what they cannot do or achieve. In by book, just about anything!
