Deanna and Ed are great! I was in communication with them for a few weeks because I wanted to play on the clay tennis courts for my boyfriend’s birthday present. I reserved the courts for three hours and was told that it is $ 30/hour cash. Up until the day, the weather was not looking so great since it was raining the day before. So the courts need to be a little wet but it cant be soaked. Thankfully I called the morning of and they courts were good to go! The courts are located next to the inn they manage and it is in the country. It is beautiful out there and while you play tennis, you turn your head and there is the country. How beautis! This was my first time playing on clay courts and we were both excited to play. Its slideable and such a unique experience. The balls landed on the white tape a few times but all good and expected. Sliding all across and making marks on clay… that is so cool :) I would love to come back and bring others who havent experienced clay because the are nonexistent in Norcal. Ed said that there were clay courts around but not as nice. I would agree.

This is a review for their CLAYCOURTS — Wow! An amazing surprise from my boyfriend who found this treasure in such a gorgeous setting. It was our first time playing on clay, and it was so well maintained. They get«watered» 3 times a night and get raked clean for every new customer. No issues with slipping on dry sand, and really effective in slowing down the pace of the ball for some great rallys. It is a ton of fun to take before & after shots to document the ball markings too. Dianna is the wonderful host of this B&B, who was very accomodating even when we came an hour early for our reservation. She answered all our questions and even gave us a mini-tour of the facility. She was very knowledgeable about the neighboring farmlands too. One day when I can afford it, I will definitely be back as a guest!

We have been to Flora Vista Inn for the past four years. Deanna and Eddie are wonderful and attend to every detail. We plan to return this year and for many more years to come. Flora Vista Inn is in a beautiful location. The inn is meticulously decorated and incredibly clean, comfortable and peaceful.

My mother and I just stayed at the Flora Vista for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Deanna and her husband Ed were very nice and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. We were treated to a glass of wine in the evening with appetizers and Deanna made breakfast each morning with local organic meats, vegetables and breads. Breakfast was spectacular! We stayed in the Calla Lily room which was spacious and had great views of the farmland. Our fireplace was not working when we arrived but by the time the sun went down and it got chilly they had it up and running. There was a lot of nature to see and hear such as bobcats, birds and coyotes. The location of the inn is about a 1 – 2 minute drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again in the future!

I cannot thank Flora Vista enough for a «Amazing» wedding day last Saturday. Ed & Deanna went over and beyond for our Bride. The wedding felt like a beautiful setting in Ireland where the view was more than enough. Breathtaking! Most locations sites that rent their property out for events just rent it out. Ed & Deanna checked on things all day and helped the wedding party in ways that were not in their job role. Having a wedding at Flora Vista Inn was a hidden treasure! I’ve owned a event planning business for over 12 years and have worked with numerous hotels and clubs. Service is important to me and they deserve 6 stars~ P. S.A fun drive and the location is perfect for a escape or special event!!!

Ed is a bad ass, Deanna is a sweetheart. Together, they form a great partnership that ensured that my girlfriend and I(now fiancé after proposing at nearby Manresa beach) had a wonderful stay. Deanna’s breakfast’s were thoughtfully creative and delicious to boot. The building is cute inside and out, and I enjoyed having my morning coffee overlooking the strawberry fields. We will definitely be coming back; make sure you ask about the Monterey Bay Aquarium passes!

My wife, I and four other tennis fanatics were looking for a tennis getaway, we found it in Flora Vista B&B! We were very impressed with the professionally installed clay tennis(2) courts, that are well maintained. The B&B it self is a beautifully restored 1867 five bedroom home turned Bed and Breakfast with all the safty updates, smoke dedectors and sprinklers. Comfort ammenities like working gas fire places jetted tubs in each room add to the great stay. The most enjoyable part of the stay was the hospitality of Ed and Deanna the owners of Flora Vista, very friendly hosts who bend over backwards to make your stay a great experience. Did I mention great food? Deanne is wonderful cook, along with her filling breakfast, she offers a little afternoon wine and cheese nosh. We belong to Diamond Hills tennis club in the Delta, we are planning a World Team Tennis format tournament with 5 couples. Owners give discount if you rent all five rooms!

We enjoyed our stay at Flora Vista. The inn keepers treated us with such warmth and thoughtfulness that it really brightened our stay. This b&b is located in a very quiet small town overlooking flower plantations. The view from the back porch is just gorgeous — we really enjoyed our morning breakfasts in the patio. Our room(Wysteria) was impeccable and beautifully appointed.

Very thrilled be the first reviewer for Ed & Deanna We were running really late leaving the Bay Area, well beyond the regular check in time. Deanna patiently waited way past 10 to greet us, and even went out on the road with a flashlight to make sure we found our way. The location and home are both stunning. Our room had incredible views of the rolling hills, very luxurious bedding, fireplace and jacuzzi tub.(use bubble bath sparingly if you plan to use the jets) We had the shared balcony to ourselves since the room next door was vacant. The downstairs parlor is also impeccably decorated and also very cozy. The beach(Manresa) is a quick hike across the hill but closes at sunset(leave the car at the inn and walk in after hours if you must) Breakfast was a dream. Saturday morning we had a delicious scramble with pepper jack, artichokes and freshly made cheese and fruit pastry. That morning there was a hilarious lil British chap eating with us, who clearly«very much didn’ like ‘merican musthad» in his picnic lunch, I almost LOLd and squirted coffee out my nose but was able to contain it. Deanna of course was able to satisfy even the pickiest lad with some Dijon. You’d probably find a glove box full of Grey Pouhpon in his Mini Cooper S. The hosts clearly enjoy what they do and it shows everywhere. From helping you with your itinerary, chilling your champagne to delivering breakfast to your room, they could not be more exceptionally hospitable! Hope to visit again soon.
