Ordered flooring from this store on 12÷31÷14. Paid in full. Was told it would arrive in 7 – 10 days. Called the store on 1÷11÷15 to inquire about the order as we had contractors ready to install them that week. Lady at the store said the order wasn’t in, but would arrive on Friday’s truck(1÷16÷15). Called today, 1÷15÷15 to ensure materials are arriving tomorrow as we have had contractors on hold all week. Same lady at the store said the computer now shows that our flooring is not on tomorrow’s truck, but should arrive in about 7 days. IF that pans out, it will be 22 days for a 7 – 10 day order. No apologies, no phone calls to let us know our order is delayed. We do a lot of construction and renovation projects and this has set 2 projects at least 2 weeks behind schedule. Not to mention we paid as much for laminate as we pay for real hardwood at other suppliers. We just liked the color. With the 2 week delay, these floors are costing us way more than the overpriced laminate material. This store needs to train staff on how to properly handle customers. An apology would go a long way.
