Wow I was just taken back by how unfriendly and unhelpful this company was. All I requested was the last call of the day so my daughter would not jeopardize her job, and you would have thought we wanted the world. My daughter has been in Hermitage for only 5 days with no family or friends available yet to baby sit the house for mid– south. You would think that a request for ANY day that worked for them as long as it was the last one of the day would be a reasonable request. We were told to find another company that they could not help us. Not the southern hospitality I had heard so much about.
