It’s almost three months since I have had my photo shoot. I was thrilled when I first did this shoot. I thought the photographer and make up artist were great. I honestly thought I had gotten a lot of bang for my buck.
I have yet to receive my photo album or prints. Again it’s been almost three months. I have received one excuse after another as to why they aren’t ready. I understand personal issues and things happen but this is a business and I expected this to be handled professionally.
No small chunk of change and one very disappointed customer.
To date, I am still waiting for a resolution to this problem. If no resolution is reached by the new year, I will be reporting the business to the BBB and anyone else who will listen.
