Horrible service and rude staff. Ordered takeout and got a cold pizza that had not been cooked all the way. Called, they sent another pizza that the driver pretty much just threw at me without a thank you, sorry or anything. The pizza looked like someone had picked up the side of the box and it was all smooshed to one side in a pile. Called the manager who was VERY rude and went to pick up my refund. He wasn’t going to give me the tip back, but finally did. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life. There are at least 8 other pizza restaurants close by, I’ll be going to those from now on.

I do enjoy their wings when they have sauce and are warm when they arrive.

This place is horrible! I don’t know what has happened over the last few months, but every pizza order I have placed has been wrong! In addition, the staff is very unprofessional and rude when you bring their mistake to their attention!
I will never order from this place again. If I want Pizza Hut I will just drive to another location. Better yet, I think I’ll just go with Papa Johns.

The service here is always horrible! The delivery times are always an hour at minimum, and their customer service is always slow and rude. It never seems like they have enough people on staff.
