Caliber Photo Works

I used Caliber Photo Works for my annual Halloween party and they were amazing. Décor was on point and they customized my print outs to match my theme. The photo booth was a huge hit and my guests loved it so much that I had the booth stay longer. Will definitely keep them in mind for future parties.

I do not recommend this photo service. I would not recommend this photo booth service for your event.
I had booked Caliber photos 5 months in advance, hoping for a great event, I have heard many great things about this company from a friend, sadly I did not have this experience. He cancelled 2 ½ weeks before my event. An employee emailed me and had told me one of his employees had quit and he did not hire someone in time for my party and could not be of service for the night of the party. Now I truly did understand because this is out of his control, so I thought he was going to come himself and honor his word, instead he apologized and said he would refunded the deposit. I truly felt like I was just another number and had no solutions, I was left without a photo booth. He then refunded me what I had given him, I was very un happy about this, but then sent me a link to a website that many photo booth company’s that would respond to me with offers, he did this to try and rectify his late notice, but this only made the situation even worse. I did not receive an offer until the week of the party. Obviously I had no choice but to say yes, I had to pay much more for less hours, very bad service and false advertisement. Although I understand that this is not of Calibers fault. It still added to the horrible experience. The owner was very easy to speak to, and very friendly but it did not make up for the way this was handled, and this is still a business, I wish this was handled differently, again I do not recommend this company for your event.

I wanted to do something special for my husband for father’s day and considered making him a book. Friends referred me to Caliber Photo Works. Aaron did an outstanding job on the photo shoot. He was creative in the poses and passionate about his work, which in turn gave me the professional service I was looking for. The photo shoot was done in a private setting, which allowed me to relax, and I received exclusive attention making me feel like a valued client. After the shoot, I was able to review all of the poses and work with Aaron to create a very tasteful, personal gift for my husband, which he completely enjoyed.
