They were understaffed, so I had to wait 40 minutes to get my hair cut. My hair cut is pretty simple, but the stylist managed to screw it up. I spent $ 20 to wait 40 minutes for a bad hair cut.

Bianca is very funny, polite, and knows her way around hair dye. I was very happy with her and her experience. She said she only had 2 years under her belt. But clearly have been dyeing hair for much longer. The first time I went there the color didn’t come out as I wanted. So we made an appt. for me to come back and do it again for free. I had somewhere to go and couldn’t stay. To be honest getting your hair dyed is a lengthly process and didn’t want to be there anymore. My butt hurt from sitting toonlong. :) The reason I gave 4 stars… okay. Is because I took my daughter here yesterday. The girl who cut her hair didn’t really cut much… clearly had no idea what she was doing. I watched her cut hair from the time my daughter sat down. Literally she cut 3 strands in the back, 3 in the front, and razor lil’ here & there. I could’ve done that at home. You could tell my daughter was unhappy. I even said you don’t look happy as I was paying. No apology or smile or anything from the hair stylist. With any hair salon it depends on who you get, how much experience they have, and how much custmer service they have. I think this chick just wanted to go home… we were the last ones. I have been at very expensive salons and inexpensive salons, it just depends on the hair stylist. I will come back to Bianca. Next time my daughter will see someone else. I forgot to have my card punched… oh well

My daughter’s hair looks choppy and very uneven. Don’t waste your money here, you get what you pay for a crappy 10 $ haircut.

I got robbed on this one. I used a coupon for my 11 year-old son for a regular cut and it was still $ 17.95… with the coupon!!! He was charged the adult price because he was older than 10 year of age. I don’t get it. When is an 11 year old an adult? The Fantastic Sams in San Dimas is much cheaper so I don’t get this too much but just won’t be back.

What horrible customer service. I walked in and there was no one waiting. There were two employees working on people. After a few minutes someone said«We’ll be right with you.» I sat down and waited. A man walked in and one of the employees stopped what she was doing, walked over to him and said«What can I help you with?» He wanted to know prices so she went over the prices. Then he was interested in product so she scanned the product for him and gave him a price. Still no one has asked me what I’m there for. One of the employees finished her customer and then asked if she could go on lunch. The other one said«sure, go ahead.» At that point, tired of not being acknowledged, I walked out. Terrible, terrible service.

I actually just arrived home and could not stop looking at my hair! I initially wanted to get my hair dyed but after learning so much about what to expect, I needed to think it over before treating my virgin hair! Lisa knows her stuff and didn’t force me into anything! Didn’t really get a good feel at the beginning, but our chit-chats got better towards the end. I ended up just getting a wash and a cut! She listened and respected my wants and am very satisfied with cut! I will come back! Highly recommend Lisa!

What a wonderful experience I had today with Elisa Marie! I have not had a decent perm in a long time. I shared with her that my hair stylist got married and moved :-***** I was so happy with the work she did! My perm looks great, just like the good old days. Thank you Elisa Marie for your professionalism and kindness. I will be back to this Fantastic Sams for sure.

Worst service ever! The hairstylist made my daughter stand up during her hair cut because she didn’t want. To find a booster chair! You don’t make a child stand during a hair cut! The look on my daughters face the entire time was unhappy! Then when I asked her to «adjust the Cut I am paying for, maybe cut it shorter in the back and leave sides longer, she said«I’ve already done a cut, you want me to do a second hair cut.» No idiot you did a trim, now I want it changed up a bit to make a difference since I’m paying for a «haircut» and not a simple trim! Worst place and worst customer service ever!

My hair turned out okay. The girl said she had worked there for only 2 or 3 days and I guess that was fine BUT she had terrible manners. She was rude and kept downing on about her ex. She quite literally scratched my face because her nails were way to long for her and she constantly was combing over my ears very painfully I might add. I will not be going here again. A haircut should not be physically painful.

Chloe was the gal who cut my hair. She asked me how long I had and I said an hour. She made sure she used it, and did an FANTASTIC job. I have short hair and asked me EVERY time she was about to cut a section if it was ok she go shorter or leave it. I’ve found my gal, and get tons of complements.

I have been going here for a few years now and they do a great job. Amanda and Brenda always do an exceptional job. Other stylists there not so much, if I was just reviewing just Amanda and Brenda it would be 5 stars.

Free haircut if you donate 10″ or more to Locks of Love! We’ve been here a few times over the years now and I can confidently say that they do a pretty good job. Before we went, I had a phone conversation with Miranda who assured me that they still do free haircuts for Locks of Love as long as you allow them to send in the hair for you. That was fine by me because otherwise you have to package and mail it yourself! When we arrived, we signed in and a few minutes later Brenda called us over. She was very nice. She was very clear about how much she was cutting and she prepared the hair for donation perfectly. Once that was done she asked my daughter what she wanted and after a brief discussion she gave my daughter a great haircut. My daughter is a teenager so if it was bad, you know we would be hearing all about it! The main downside to me is that these places always charge too much just to blow dry your hair. Don’t get me wrong, overall it’s definitely a bargain but a cut is currently $ 17.95 and to blow it dry is another $ 12… Maybe if they were doing something special to it, but as far as I know it’s just a blow dry. My daughter lets it dry naturally anyhow so we didn’t add that service but when you’re on a budget… anyway, when Brenda offered the service, she didn’t push anything when we said no. She was very polite and I would be happy to go back and have her do my hair as well.
