I had an extremely pleasant experience at this GNC due to the excellent customer service of Robert. He helped me find exactly what I needed and took the time to really explain the differences. Really makes a huge difference when you go to a store and the employee genuinely cares about the quality of service you receive. Thank you Robert!

I was on my way to a business and happen to pass this location. I saw a guy with a sign that stated this GNC was having a sale. While my wife went in to run a quick errand I decided to call. I wanted to know if they had any meal replacement shakes or protein powder under this sale. The kid that answered said, «um» a lot. He had no idea about what was on sale but did say that members get good prices everyday. Basically, told me that I should come by and check things out. He would have totally had a customer if he gave me a few details about which products were on sale. Staff should be trained more in order to fully capitalize any of their promotions.
