Had my Brother MFC 9840CDW break down giving me error codes that I couldn’t diagnose or repair. Called SafetyNett to help me with the problem. Murtaza and his staff were very welcoming and eager to help. I’m a real estate broker who heavily relies on the digital age and what my printer can deliver. SafetyNett diagnosed and repaired my printer. A few days later, I was having another issue and SafetyNett came to my office and fixed the problem promptly! Just had my printer repaired by Rennan. Without knowing what all might be wrong with my printer, he showed up with all the tools/​test equipment he might need just in case. I handed him a list, 10 items long and he made sure to address each and every one before leaving. From my first call for service (Emma in the office was amazing too!) everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite, professional and efficient. We tried to purchase a printer at one of the big box stores and none of the sales clerks offered any service remotely close to what you will get at SafetyNett. We highly recommend them for all your printers and toner needs.

I was having a problem with my Brother printer. I followed the trouble shooting procedure recommended by the Brother tech support guy in some foreign country. When he couldn’t fix the problem over the phone he recommended I contact SafetyNett Technology Solutions. The guy at SafetyNett recognized the error code and told me about a You Tube video that I should try first. I was able to fix my own problem. SafetyNett didn’t make any money on me but they made a friend.

Absolutely great service! I work in the customer service industry and these guys are hard to beat. I called them with an error on my HP 4345 MFP and they were out fixing it within 30 minutes.
