I called multiple times to book an appointment over 2 weeks. 1st call she took my number and said she’d call back. I understood she is probably trying to juggle phones and clients. No call back in a couple of days so I tried a couple more times other with Web site number and alt number on vm. I finally had Amazon refund my voucher due to not being able to book an appointment. Too bad because she is close by and I would use her if she had better customer support.

I bought a 3session of massages on Groupon. My first massage was fine. But I have been trying to book my next massage for a month. There is one person working there, who does the massages. She is great. But there is no receptionist to answer the phone. I have gone to the business, where is no one to book your appointment. I have left numerous phone messages, and I a told the phone message is «full» so could not even leave a message. Then I emailed them, hoping to get a response… but got none. Evidently they do not want/​red customers. Have NO IDEA how to get an appointment at this business.

Fantastic! Such a beautiful atmosphere inside — the interior, music, candles, inspirational quotes and all around ambiance was definitely appealing. All of the aromatherapy scents were excellent and the massage by Melissa was perfect. I used a Groupon and am really thankful for the amazing price and courtesy I received in using the Groupon. Thank you!

AMAZING TREATMENTS at a GREAT price!
My friend and I had Groupons to visit for a massage and body scrub (one of the FEW places that have body scrubs on Groupon) and it was MAGICAL! We went together, they were courteous, friendly and gentle!
The massage was amazing — I like light pressure best and the masseuse definitely complied. The body scrub made my skin SILKY smooth. It felt like I was being itched in all of the right places: D
The massage room was a bit dirty with marker all over the wall and tacky carpet, but whatever! The treatment was so good I didn’t even think about that. HIGHLY recommend.

This was my first time at Savannah’s upon checking in the receptionist asked me to pay ahead before getting my facial. I have never been asked to do this at any other spa. The receptionist said she got stuck before and it came out of her pocket which I found odd. The facial was ok. The esthetician did not get all the mask off my face.
I would not recommend Savannah’s.

Best bang for your buck!!! hands down !!! I have been to Savannahs twice now. The first was a walk in appointment for a seventy minute massage and the second was for a ninety minute massage. Both time I received the best massage ever from their therapist Melissa. I want to add that when you book a seventy minute massage you get seventy minute massage not a sixty minute one. Melissa does not take time off your massage for you getting undressed and dressed. The place is clean and quiet and very relaxing. Melissa is one of the most coolest people you are going to meet. I will be going for a two hour massage next week. yay me

Had a 55 minute massage I purchased on living social yesterday. Melissa was my massage therapist. She was really knowledgeable and friendly. Location was nice, quiet, peaceful. After massage you get water and a chocolate! All in all, had a good expirience.
