Store was very unprofessional. I purchased a canoe and had to rent a truck to pick it up when my husband arrived at the store they showed us our canoe and is was scratched up. They had another canoe but when they where carrying it the handle snapped off. I’m not sure if product was damaged on delivery to their warehouse or if they damaged it. I never received a phone call about canoe being damaged. Luckily the uhaul refunded out money for there rented truck. I will never purchase anything again from Dick’s.

New store in Lake Charles.
Management came over from Academy Sports, so I’m told.
They have a lot of outdoor sports stuff, with the exception of hunting, very sparse.
Employees are not really helpful, they make you feel like you are disturbing them. Or maybe I just caught them on an off day. It happens to all of us.
Connected right to Prien Lake Mall so you can continue shopping, eat or catch a movie.
