I sampled three ice creams and went with Oreo based on the yummy Oreos and not overly creamy nature of the ice cream.
Mistake!!!
My first bite was full fat butter in my mouth. I think it would have been better if I had just stuck my mouth under the cow’s udder and let someone milk it. It would have been more direct and I could have cut out the middleman.
My husband ordered one of their handmade creations that they make off the cold stone. It was better tasting. But a lot bigger! Wowza!

Other than one of the employees who gave us attitude and rolled her eyes, the experience was decent. The ice cream seemed to have been sitting for awhile and they didn’t have a couple flavors we wanted. They’re priced really well though, and do give military discounts which, coming from a family with someone who serves, we appreciated.

Excellent Ice Cream served with a smile! Today was one of the first gorgeous days of the year and apparently we weren’t the only ones that thought to go out for ice cream. The entire staff worked tirelessly to give everyone exceptional and prompt service but one person stuck out most to us. Eli was quick to give us a warm greeting as soon as we walked in and acknowledged every customer in line with a warm smile. He was the same person that made our ice cream and I appreciated his ability to not make us feel rushed. Everything tasted delicious (as usual) and my husband and I were impressed with the entire staff. Well done!

We have tried coming to this store to use the gift cards that my Daughter got for her 10th birthday from her Grandmother for the last few days and they «aren’t accepting gift cards»…I’m sorry, what??? So you have the money as a company already but we can’t use it… Insane. I understand that this is probably a computer thing that needs to be fixed, but I would think that it should be fixed immediately. When a gift card is purchased, the company instantly gets that money. When you use the gift card, you’re basically trading. So ColdStone has the $ 50 that Grandma gave them, but we can’t get anything with our gift cards… Sketchy

They werent able to accept gift cards.
This is unacceptable. Fortunately we had other funds but many may not!
There was no reasoning given and this seems very sketchy.
Love the icecream but this is not

Great staff! Very fun and welcoming. Stopped in for a treat with the family and they were so patient with my children as they decided exactly what would be the best mix. And then at the end, they sang! It was fun! Very clean!

It’s been a long time since I’ve visited a Cold Stone. I came in because I had a buy one get one free coupon. I ordered the Oreo Overload and That’s How I Roll~! The flavors were both pretty good, but I noticed the That’s How I Roll wasn’t mixed up as well.
I would come back here. The service was great. The guy making my ice cream made it a point to be friendly and start conversation. He was also pretty fast.

My kids love going to Cold Stone, so we go now & then as a treat. The service was really nice. The girls (Kaylah & Morgan) who were working behind the counter were so friendly and attentive, especially towards my two kids, which as a mom is always a plus. The store was very clean & well maintained. The ice cream was well stocked and all the displayed items neatly presented. Overall, it was a nice & I’ll return again. Thanks for an enjoyable family experience.

Always love their ice cream. All the signature ice creams are a must try. I love coffee and peanut butter so I normally order the mudpie mojo. It’s delicious. I get the tub and I normally take it home and put it in the freezer. So I will always have my coldstone signature ice cream accompanying me watching Netflix. Yumm

This is the best ice cream in the area, but I was so sad when we got there before 9pm tonight and they were closed (even though the sign said they were open until 9). Super disappointing!

The staff here always impresses me, I have never come and not had them ALL be super cheery and attentive — even the crew members who aren’t helping me specifically. The ice cream is tasty too, I really like it when they have cake batter yogurt, because the caloric difference between that and the cake batter ice cream is HUGE. Any time we go to dinner at The Ram, we pop over here for dessert.

It is a little bit pricey than other ice cream stores I’ve been to but I love love love it here! I’m sort of picky with all my food so I only get vanilla here. But it is the best vanilla ice cream that I have ever tasted in Washington. Pricey but worth it!

Good product, great service. Pretty sure the folks who work there are not in fact «smoking the pot.» I don’t know why someone would feel the need to make shitty accusations stating otherwise. Probably for the same reason they would think it’s okay to make racist remarks in their other reviews. Ignore the bad comments, you guys keep on keepin’ on!

We got there late after dinner, everything I asked for was gone., my friend and I picked something what was ok on the end. However the guys who worked acted really weird so we got the feeling the guys smoked weed. The way they talked and behaved been really making us uncomfortable. I use to love this place back home, here I will never come back!
