Douglas Allan – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old, minus 1 year where I switched to USAA. My rates were much lower with State Farm, so I switched back. For YEARS, like 8 years, I dealt with another State Farm agency that was horrendous. Zero customer service, no communication, everything fell through the cracks. A few years ago I moved to Lacey, and about a year ago, I finally had it with my other agency. I think their motto was ill take your money and give you the lousiest customer service possible. Not really wanting to change insurance companies, because let’s face it, State Farm wasn’t the issue, it was one agency, I decided to give Doug and his team a try. I can honestly say, I love my insurance agent. Doug is the best. He’s patient, professional, responds in a very timely manner and he’s so incredibly nice. The other people that he has in his office are fantastic too. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency!
