Amy did such a great job with my almond nails. She took her time through the whole process. Cost me $ 37 not bad.

have had pretty good and quick service every time I come in. they are fairly fast and have decent prices. ìt is usually busy so if you’re in a hurry, you might want to set an appointment.

Been here 3 times and loved it every time. Girls are nice they always rub your shoulders with an manicure.
I have never had anyone get my cuticles as well as they do too.
Gel/​schlack always stays 2 weeks of not longer on me.

Have been going to Elegant Nails for over 5 years. Never had a problem, the girls are friendly and very efficient, and have given me excellent Pedicures and Manicures! Love I’ve tried other places to which I would not return! Have Anna on a regular basis, but also love Tammy (owner), Linda, Wendy.

I have been going there off and on for about 4 years. 3 weeks ago I went on a Sunday. WORSE DESICION of my life. The person doing my pedi didn’t even LOOK AT MY FEET WHILE SHE WAS DOING ME! My toes are ugly and two weeks later they are chipping! I have NEVER had my toes chip before! I will never go back on a weekend again!!!

this is the second time I have been to elegant nails this time I had Tracy do my nails because Lisa was not there that day. Tracy did An amazing job as well on my nails she was very attentive and took her time to do everything I asked her to do and more. I’m including another photo because I think these ladies are really good and very kind. they were extremely busy that day but that did not keep them from doing an excellent job on my nails. I see many of these reviews were several years ago so maybe they’ve gotten better technicians or just have gotten better over time. so far I’m very satisfied with elegant nails.

Seriously the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They rushed through it and were sloppy with nail polish and trimming my cuticles, gouging most of my fingers. On top of that they constantly were trying to get me to buy other things and made me feel super uncomfortable after I politely declined several times. My pedicure was a little better but I’m never coming back here.

Worst manicure ever. Toe bled, finger bled and eyebrow pinched and scabbed after a waxing.

I thought I would put a post when I saw nothing but negative reviews. I have been coming to Elegant Nails for 20 years and have been nothing but happy with my experiences. Occasionally I need to wait (up to 20 minutes) to start, but that’s only because they are so busy (proof that they’re so good and have MANY loyal customers!).

Not very attentive to customers… too much talking among the staff. They nipped my mother-in-law’s toe cuticle pretty badly… she almost cried. After our feet were finished we progressed to another area to get our nails done. This time I got cut… on my thumb. It bled a lot. I think they need more experience. (The foot massage felt awesome and the final nail jobs looked very good — that is the best I can say.)

NO STARS! These people are CRAZY!!! Yesterday was the first time I have been there and I won’t be going back… EVER! I knew I shoulda gone to T-​Spa but because this business was close to my weekend job, I went there… BIG MISTAKE. They greeted me and were very personable. I sat down in the chair to get a pedi and was wrapped up in texting when all of a sudden, I realized I was screaming because I was being sprayed with cold water. Now, when I say I was being sprayed, I was, with a hose. The machine next to me had lost it’s sprocket and when the lady turned the hose on, it came shooting out on me. I got sprayed for a good 5 seconds before she realized what was happening. My phone, purse, chest, down my crotch to above my knees were soaked. I was literally sitting in a puddle of water in my bra and panties. The lady who turned on the hose immediately grabbed towels and proceeded to wipe my chest and crotch, until i told her to stop! She started out concerned and then began to laugh, making a comment that the same thing had happened yesterday… REALLY?!
So…I sat there for an hour getting my mani/​pedi, freezing my ass off. After she was done, a gentleman who also worked there walked by and I thought he told me it was free. I tipped the lady who did my nails and walked out the door. The guy who I thought said it was free came after me and asked me to pay. I looked at him, with my wet hoodie and crotch and asked him if he was kidding?! I explained to him I got hosed down and my mishap should be complimentary. The lady who hosed me down kept saying it was an accident and I told her I realized that, but it was bad business and in my line of work, if I dropped a coffee on someone or made them a bad drink, I would comp them for their trouble. They told me to pay and I demanded to speak with the owner. Of course they were speaking Vietnamese and told me she wasn’t answering her phone but if I payed now, I could come back and speak with her tomorrow. Another customer who witnessed my mishap told me I shouldn’t pay and they were crazy. The lady who hosed me down kept saying, «It just water… you go home and change, it no big deal. It no big deal!» REALLY?! So that is what you tell customers when you make a mistake. I bickered with them for over 7 minutes and finally I just left. The lady who witnessed my mishap told me if the cops came she would tell them what happened.
AND…to top it off. Their work wasn’t that great and I got a shoddy mani/​pedi! Before they argued with me about paying I would have considered giving them my business but i WILL NEVER go back there and I’m gong to blog, tweet and tell the better business board about them!
NO…REALLY, half of my body was soaked with a damn hose! WTF
