Excellent response time with someone actually picking up the phone and offering same day septic service! This was my third septic company I called and they were the first to answer their phone. Amazing isn’t it how some companies defeat themselves before they even get started.
Anyways I had a tech rep at more door within an hour of my phone call. With a little sleuthing we fixed my septic issue and that was that.
The tech rep was professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
In my opinion the final bill was a bit steep for a such a brief service call. Their likely are cheaper companies out there, if you can get them to answer their phone or return your calls…
