MAPLE BACON DONUT yes please. they have all the basic donuts you’d expect but the maple bacon bar with REAL bacon crumbles was GOOD

Should be called Gross A$$ Donuts. Fritters are pure grease. The dough on the regular donuts are flavorless and have a horrible cheap texture. The frosting tastes like flavored plastic. These are the worst donuts I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money here.

They are open 24 hours! Great maple bars and apple fritters. Friendly service. Our favorite donut shop whenever we visit Lacey.

I have been in several times. The donuts are good, especially the apple fritters. The service has always been unpleasant, but the last time was completely unacceptable and I will never go back. I come in with my young son, expecting to sit down and enjoy our donuts there. We come in and there are at least 10 bees flying all around the sitting area. My son was scared of them and very nervous. The employee didn’t care at all about it or acknowledge that it was a problem. She also had an older Hispanic woman sitting in the room watching Spanish television, I figured she works there too or was a relative. Obviously, bees are a problem for people with allergies and it is just scary to be around. Again, I will never go back.

I agree with all the other reviews. The doughnuts are okay, but the service sucks!
When I walked in, the guy behind the counter was talking to a woman at the counter. To me it did not look like she had bought anything, they were just having a conversation. So there was no greeting, which I am okay with.
However, once the woman left, the guy totally ignored me. Once I made my selection and got his attention, he was not friendly at all. Just a blank faced stare. Creepy! He bagged my doughnuts and checked me out. He didn’t say two words to me the entire time.
I will never come back to this place.

I’ve been going to this location since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Back in those days the building was a Winchell’s Donuts. I honestly like that it’s a bit run down. I swear some of the finishes are the same as when I was just a little snot.
The staff there are usually nice enough.
The donuts are donuts. Nothing all that special and I like it that way. I just want a cup of Joe with a gallon of creamer, a Bavarian cream filled, and a plain old fashioned. I picture it like a donuts ying yang with the coffee as the dark circle and the cream as the white. The decadence of the cream filled juxtaposed to the simplicity of the old fashioned. Yeah, pretty cool.
It’s best if you show up well after the morning rush. If your friendly they sometimes toss in an extra one or two.

could not even eat the dry cinnamon roll… i have nevr thrown away a cinnamon roll EVER! customer service sucks… she just stands there like a statue… no greeting… as if i should kiss her arse to get the order taken… … family owned… please… what family … Manson?

I was excited to try Heavenly Donuts, especially since it’s just down the street from my BF’s apartment. We rolled in relatively early on a weekend and sad to say that there wasn’t that big of a selection as I would have thought. Heavenly looks quite large from the outside and yet through their window, most of what I saw was plain, iced, chocolate, and twists. Where were the old fashioned, nuts, coconuts and jelly-​filled ones?
It also felt like I was walking into a factory — no greetings, no warmth, no fresh scent of sugar and frying dough… we just pointed to our donuts, they were thrown in a brown paper bag, we paid our bill and quickly left.

The doughnuts are OK when they are not stale. Prepare to feel like a big imposition to the staff. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty but I am not a fan of being looked at like I insulted your Mama. I came home with a half a dozen of crispy doughnuts that even my sugar login’ step daughter couldn’t finish. I can also attest to the quarter size blobs of cream or jelly in certain doughnuts. Dissected one and just shook my head and thanked the universe for Unilocal.I’ll stick to Fred Meyer doughnuts.

Umm I saw a fly flying around in their glass container that holds the donuts. There store could use some major renovations! Customer service was horrible! The 2 employees that was on shift was Hispanic and couldn’t really understand English or what I wanted. They also seemed like they did not want to be there working. Sort of just going through the motions to earn some cash. So sad! 2 stars only because their donuts were pretty good! Also. .this store had no specials on national donut day! Cmon man!

Donuts were hard and barely any selection. Also whole place seems sterile and shady. Won’t go back. Prices were to high for the lack of taste.

Upon walking into a donut shop I expect to smell the sweetness of fresh baked pastries… not when I walked into here. It reeked of pine sol. Why I even decided to take a few more steps inside the building is beyond me… my stomach wanted a donut.
The appearance of the inside of the building screams I need a lot of work to be up to code! Falling apart drab and just doom and gloom.
The worker behind the counter didn’t seem insterested in helping and when we were having a hard time deciding he was very rude and acted impatient.
The donuts are not that great. Deff not worth what I paid.

Love these donuts! Especially the little powdered covered things??? The service was not exceptional but the baked goods made up for it. Only wish they had more Bavarian crème! Delicious fritters!

Best apple fritter I have ever tasted. They also have true french curlers made with eggs. Delish!

I’m definitely a fan of this donut shop! So convenient that they’re open 24 hours too. It has good prices and they’re way better than Safeway donuts for sure. The service was okay that’s why my rating lost 1 star, but it’s not that bad. I’d recommend this place to all my friends. ESPECIALLY THE APPLE FRITTER WHICH IS TO DIE FOR AND HUGE!

Doughnuts are good but like everyone one else has stated customer service SUCKS!!! Guy behind the counter was VERY rude! He was more interested in talking with his friends who was sitting there (not eating anything) than helping or being nice to paying customers. Oh well never going there again.

I walked in with my 10 year old daughter expecting to order donuts however we had to wait 5 minutes to be helped and when I asked if they had glazed donuts he said this all we have. He said,“can you hurry up, I have to get back to the kitchen!” I asked him whatever happened to customer service and his response was that he is a cook and not a cashier and the cashier is gone. I could hear people in the back joking around. I walked out without donuts and will never give another dollar of my money to this business.

Walked in, the man had us wait 10 minutes and when he finally decided to help us, I kindly asked if they had any maple bars in the back bc there was not much variety in the case, he responded so rudely, «NO! That’s what I’ve been trying to make, but customers keep coming in and interrupting me». Seriously? If you don’t want to help customers, and we are inturpting your job WHY ARE YOU OPENED 24 HOURS?!?

How many places will fill your order when you order 160 donuts with a 3 hours notice? THIS PLACE! They stepped up to the plate and gave me great service. The donuts were wonderful and it was fantastic service. They were excited for my order and even threw in a couple extra for free!
Will definitely do business with them again!
