Hired Jeff to repaint the interior walls of my rental property. He was a pleasure to work with, competent, and reliable. Rather than repainting the entire house, he recommended a more cost effective solution to retouch and fix mismatched past tenant «repairs.» Some rooms had up to four paint colors on the walls – he matched the color perfectly and they are now one color! His time estimate was accurate and the job was completed promptly. Most impressively, he completed the job under his initial estimate. Highly recommend J Linder Painting!

We were in need of interior painting at our new house but there were no painters reviewed on Unilocal.So, we made a few cold calls and ended up going with J Linder.
The good:
–The actual paint job is fantastic — great attention to detail, crisp lines, perfect color matching
–The enthusiasm for the job and willingness to work with us on some specific requests we had
–The work was done by the owner’s son who cared
–The painters arrived each day on time (when they said they would) and painted all day each day
What could have been better:
–My only suggestion for Jeff going forward is to under-promise and over-deliver on timeline. We had high hopes our job would be done in 2 – 3 days (as Jeff said it would) but there were a few snafus so it took more like 4 – 5 days. Any time estimate should maybe include an extra «just in case» day.
Overall, we were totally satisfied and already have a summer job planned for them.
