Overpriced for the stay. Very outdated hotel and the entire place smelled overwhelmingly of bleach. To be honest it was a little trashy. Even heard the yells in the hallway in the middle of the night from the white trash who caught her man cheating. It was okay for one night but the next day we switched to the La Quinta across the street. It was actually less expensive and 100% nicer.

Great stay. I love the room set up. Having two sinks and one being outside the bathroom is genius. Wonderful service. The continental breakfast had biscuits and gravy, waffles. Hot choices. It was well stocked. We were able to hook up our IPad to watch Netflix to their tv… No lock out. And the Wi-Fi was awesome. Didn’t have to sign in, but once. With no interruptions. The only minor complaints. The mattress needs to be replaced. Sagging. And with them allowing pets, heard dog barking upstairs at 10, pm. Would recommend.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and like it a lot for what it is. Its not over priced and can actually get great deals on price line to save even more. The staff is nice. Its close yo two restaurants that are within walking distance and overall is a place we do not mind returning too over and over again. 4 of 5 stars. Thank you Quality Inn of Lacey, Was.

They have decently clean rooms and the staff is very friendly. Our toilet started to show mold after a few days and I had to tell staff about it for it to be cleaned after being here almost a week. One day bed was made but pillows weren’t put back on bed. Other than those minor things it’s not bad for the price. Breakfast is decent and they have a gym and sauna.

On the positive side — the lady who worked at the front desk was awesome. She was helpful and promptly checked us in. Very personable and made us feel welcome. The free breakfast was good and I believe there is free wifi. On the negative, the room was dirty with mold in the shower. The room smelled like smoke. We promptly notified the front desk so we were not assessed the $ 250 cleaning fee for the smoke. Unfortunately opening the window to air out the room was not an option as the room is very close to the freeway with lots of noise. Try to get a room on the opposite side of the freeway especially if you are a light sleeper. The room cost about $ 95 with AAA discount. Overall, I like Quality Inns but I’d recommend avoiding this one if possible unless the Seattle/Tacoma area are totally booked and you have no choice.

Ick! We had a conference room here recently. One heater broken, no elevator to lug stuff in and out. Colder then cold. The clientele is even a little on the shady side. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you can!

This used to be the Days Inn. Not the best hotel, but not the worst. For the price, it is clean and convenient. There were a few things that were annoying: the shower curtain rod looked as if someone had tried to use it as a monkey bar, thus the shower curtain hung low into the tub and got underfoot. Also, a member of the cleaning staff opened my door without knocking prior… luckily I was just watching TV. I-5 is steps from this hotel, honestly. If you are sensitive to freeway noise, try to get a room on the opposite side, or try another hotel. This is an older building; it looks to have been updated a few years ago. There is a kitchenette with microwave, minifridge, mini-kitchen sink and cupboards.
