Simonetti Physical Therapy

After I hurt my back and a few chiropractic visits, the chiro wrote a RX to see a physical therapist. I went to Deborah Simonetti at Simonetti PT, it was Mon. and DS seemed in a bad mood.
The chiro wrote specifically to do passive therapy involving ultra sound. Deborah was non communicative, pulled my shirt up without saying what she was doing and pulled my pants down without saying a word. I felt humiliated, but waited to hear what she was doing.
She said almost nothing about what she was going to do to my back — IGNORING completely what the chiropractor suggested. I asked questions, she assured me that this is what SHE thought I should have.
I canceled my second appointment — DS needs training on working with people! She needs to work on her communication — very badly! Especially working with people in pain! I felt humiliated and in worse pain than when I walked in! She suggested nothing like «drink lots of water» or «ice” — didn’t even say goodbye!
Perhaps she should be a mechanic working on THIINGS without FEELINGS or PAIN!!!
DO NOT GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A BROKEN CAR!!!
