What can I say… A hole in the wall with great home cooked food at great prices. There aren’t many places left like this. If you passing through LaCombe, Louisiana stop in for good eats with nice people.

North Shore, LA
Reminds me of many of the little mom and pop eateries that used to exist in the neighborhoods of New Orleans. Just good home cooking, New Orleans style — poor boys, seafood, red beans, Muffalettas, etc. The kind of food that you want to pick up to bring by your Mamma’s house. :-)
Nothing fancy here, which is nice, kind of an opposite to Sal & Judy’s which is just across the highway. Except the food here is good, too.

Been going to this place for years. Its A hole in the wall place with good food, nice size portions, and decent prices. It’s not very big but it’s not usually super busy. Friendly staff.
