We hired Dennis first in 2012 through a coworkers recommendation while looking to buy our first house. I can say without a doubt that Dennis saved us from making 2 costly mistakes, finding issues with the house and or property that I am sure a cheaper, or less experienced inspector would have missed. How can I know this, because when one house was found to have a massive unknown septic issues, everyone was shocked. I am talking about over $ 10k in work needed to be brought up to basic code. Or there was the house that had painted over, and hidden black mold.
I can’t speak highly of Dennis enough, if you want cheap, well you get what you pay for, possibly a house that will cost tens of thousands or more in extra repairs and costs.
He is the person to trust when you want to buy a house for yourself and your family.
