I always drove past this place due to the location and traffic, but boy am I glad I went in after my horrible customer service experience in the Verizon Wireless store in the Belknap Mall! Warm, welcoming staff, nice atmosphere with plenty of actual live devices to try out. Very knowledgeable staff and quick, easy service. I’ll be coming here every time I need something from Verizon! Thanks!
