— THEY DONT DELIVER ON DESIRED DAY. My experience with this company was so terrible that I write this review the morning after. I placed an on line delivery order for my wife yesterday, to be delivered yesterday (⁸⁄₂₀) on our anniversary, but the flowers never showed up. I had even called and spoke to a representative earlier that afternoon for a status check and to also make them aware of how important it was for me that they get delivered. I got home from the office at 7pm and noticed the flowers still had not been delivered, being optimistic, I was confident they would still get delivered. Late, but delivered. I had an entire evening planned at a restaurant/​venue, and the flowers w/​note were the essential piece of the puzzle. At this point I called customer care again and nothing, they were closed. I cannot express how important it was for My wife to receive those flowers and especially that note. In spite of that, I cancelled my surprise plans at the venue and decided to stay home and cook for her instead, this way we’d be home when the flowers get delivered. I know it was close to 8pm already, but I was optimistic and believed they would still get delivered, late, but delivered. 9PM came around & nothing, 9:30, nothing. Not even a phone call from this place. I was so irate, upset, disappointed beyond comprehension, because the delivering of the flowers and note on this day was everything, it was so important to me. My wife flew out this morning at 8am and will never experience what I truly had planned for her. Spoke to customer care just now, they acknowledged flowers not being delivered and said it was a system glitch. A glitch!!! That is how easily it was brushed off by them. They offered to still deliver today and add a couple extra complimentary flowers, and that is all I would get. Obviously I cancelled my order with them and will never order from them again. I highly advise you to stay away from this company if you want a positive experience.

false advertising, deceitful, do not use EVER

I entered a negative review. My flowers were not delivered in time for a funeral but since then my money was refunded. I am satisfied now.

Terrible business practices. I ordered flowers to be delivered in CT. Was charged through paypal. Flowers were never delivered. Got a phone call 3 days later indicating delivery needs to be done by a non-​network florist so I needed to pay more $ if I actually want the flowers delivered.
Many other have had similar experiences. Do not use this company

I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my Mother for her birthday. I paid extra for Sunday delivery. Sunday late afternoon I receive a phone call telling me they will not be able to deliver my flowers until Monday.
I was not happy but I do understand things happen so I ask for a refund of my Sunday premium charge and agree to the Monday delivery. I call my mother to let her know.
Now it is Monday and guess what… I get another phone call from
telling me they will not be able to deliver the flowers for another day. What a poor excuse for customer service! The girl on the phone did not offer any apology or reason why.
I canceled my order and learned a lesson. Don’t ever use this company again. Stick with the big guys!

Don’t count on delivery no matter when you order! Ordered for Mother’s Day 2 days in advance and Nothing was delivered. I was still receiving emails claiming Mother’s day delivery on Saturday. What a joke and disappointment. It would be one thing if I ever received notice it might not get delivered. AVOID!

has 5, now 6 ONE STAR reviews for a reason — they simply suck.
Ordered flowers for one of my nurses several days ago to be delivered today. It was a special anniversary event today for her working for the medical group.
They Cannot Determine time of delivery — and as a matter of fact the Flowers DID NOT show up today at all.
I called and no one picked up. No live human voice other than an automated answering service stating «If you haven’t heard from us everything is fine with delivery process.»
DO NOT ORDER Flowers from this place. Worst service ever.
Let their business wither.

Terrible service I ordered flowers for my grandmother the night before since we’re miles and miles away from each other did it online, online guaranteed me she will receive them April the first it’s April the first 8 o’clock pm and speaking to my grandmother she has not received them I called the 8888 number the lady on the line couldn’t even help me no supervisor on duty no manager on duty she said all she needs to do is send a request to find out what’s going on, don’t recommend this website quick to charge families and take our money and won’t even guarantee our flowers.
