Happy Nails And Spa Of Terrace Shops

Terrible customer service. I have been here multiple times for pedicures and they do an okay job but today, in the middle of my pedicure, my girl disappeared for 25 minutes. I thought she wasn’t feeling well and maybe was in the bathroom so I didn’t say anything but then a guy walked out of one of the rooms and she followed him out. She was waxing his eyebrows!!! She apologized and I told her I was in a rush but she didn’t understand English and just smiled and nodded — SO frustrating! I came here because it’s close to where I live but I will drive the extra mile in the future. There were other people who could have done my pedicure, as people were just standing around.

This place is horrible!!! Poor customer service!!! I’ve been going to this place for years because it’s close to my house and I found one girl out of the whole place that does a good job. Every time I go there it’s something as far as service. I always make appts but every time I go there my girl isn’t available she’ll start on a new customer then I wait and they tell me she needs to go on break so they give me someone else then they take that person away because that person had an appt show up and give me someone who cut up my all toes. Then I ran into a friend there and we started talking and they told me I wasn’t allowed to speak to their customers yelling at me across the room causing a seen. Then another time I did gel on my nails since I had a wedding to go to the gel started chipping and turning black the next day so I went in and they wouldn’t fix them $ 15 down the drain. Today was the final straw. I had an appt so I went in no one is at the desk so my girl is doing someone toes right in the front so I asked her how long she was going to be she said one hour, I told her ok I’ll be back in one hour. I went back in an hour and she just started on another person, I tell the manager what happened and she told me to come back in an hour after I explained to her I had an appt, came in was told to come back in an hour then come back to be told another hour. She didn’t even care, didn’t apologize. nothing, no let me get someone else to do that customers toes since he didn’t have an appt and I did. I’m so done with this place and not worth the money… that’s why everyone I know has stopped going there and every time I’m in there people are complaining. Horrible management and horrible workers! Also they always try to up sell you… they complain if you don’t do it. Also never ask for change… they expect all of it as their tip.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon it was not too busy. I requested a full set/​gel nails. I was then sat down with Mike. He made me feel totally comfortable and really took his time. He has 10 yrs of experience going nails. I would totally recommended him. This is my new to go to guy and place.
