This is the best pilates studio I’ve ever been to. The instructors are super friendly and really care about you getting the most for the workout regardless of the level you are at. Shout out to Jordan, Cynthia, Ania, Claudia, Alyson and Heather! You ladies rock!

I love this place and the instructors. Claudia, Ania and Heather are my favorites! They are very patient when you are new and learning and also know how to push the seasoned clients. Fantastic workout!

Very nice studio, great location, and fabulous instructors! I took a class over the weekend, and I’m still sore! Their studio in RSM just opened. I think I saw a groupon for it.
