Terramor Aquatic Park

I love Ladera ranch! But most of all it is very special because it caters to families! This park is no exception. It’s safe clean and exclusive, which us why it so so we’ll maintained! My kids love it!

This place is awesome! So much fun for kids but u either have to be a resident of the community in ladera ranch or know someone who is in order to get in. They open the place memorial weekend and close labor day weekend for the year. Crowded on weekends so come during the week.

Great residential water park for kids of all ages. The water is shallow, maybe 2 ft deep at the most. The center of the pool has a large structure that the kids can walk on as water sprays all around. There are push up umbrellas in the pool for shade. The main attraction is the Big Red Bucket that fills and dumps tons of water approximately every 2 – 3 minutes (I was there for hours!). Since the weather has been warm, it was pretty busy for a weekday.
Lots of lounge chairs and patio tables with umbrellas for people to sit under. You could easily spend several hours there if you came prepared with sunscreen, food, and drinks. Restrooms and vending machines on site. There are also covered picnic tables that you could reserve for a party.
I saw at least 4 – 5 life guards on duty. They survey the water and monitor the kids pretty well. Lots of «stop running» from the bull horn. Place is clean and well kept.

Came here for my cousins birthday party and my kids really enjoyed it. Its great because the water is not very deep so my 3 year old can walk around on her own (with me close behind of course). There is a big red bucket (this place is also known as The Bucket) and it randomly fills up with water and then tips over splashing all that are underneath it. I wouldn’t recommend any children say under 5 for sure standing under it as it hits you pretty hard. You can also reserve some covered tables if you are going to have a birthday party or other event. There are lifeguards everywhere which is great.
