The Tidy Clean Team

We have had our home cleaned by many other companies but none match The Tidy Clean Team!!! Great job, you gave this home just what it needed !!! Two thumbs up!!!

I never got service from you but looking at the review from the last person made me do some searching you refer to two lady’s and a mop asking the customer if that was the people that came to there house. If you look up two lady’s and a mop you will see that your number is the same as the two lady’s and a mop’s number. You should be ashamed of your self treating a client like that!

We purchased the move in clean after purchasing a new house and we were ripped off. First off, they don’t provide a fixed price, only a range when scheduling appt. After asking about the sq footage and shape of house they said it would be low-​mid range.
Second — as soon as I walked in the house I saw dirt, dust and grim everywhere. The fans, baseboards, cupboards, curtains, floors were all to be included in the $ 300+ charge. We had to clean them all again ourselves as they were lightly brushed over. The house had the fake clean smell of febreeze everywhere.
Third — when calling to question the bill, we were immediately threatened with a lawsuit and were hung up on by the owner. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. After calling back again I was told that if I tried to fight it it was going to cost me more in legal fees than it was worth. This was as close to extortion as possible, with no videos or full house before/​after images.
If you do hire be sure to take pictures everywhere before and after or better yet set up a video to record.
