Don’t call them. They have god awful customer service. The people who work here are incompetent, uneducated, and will screw you over. They over charged on a repair that didn’t last 8 months. They installed new flashing below the leak, any idiot knows water runs down hill. They also installed flashing over rotting wood. They claim to have 40 years of experience, but they really have a company that’s somehow been around for 40 years. Their employees that do the work, don’t speak English. I called at least 50 times in 8 weeks in an attempt to get the issue they failed, resolved. Their arrogant manager was insulting and rude and wouldn’t fix it without getting more money. I asked for a refund. Then they offered sarcastically to fix it to prevent me from «dragging their name through the mud». Then he hung up on me and never followed up. After another 3 weeks of no response or follow up. I hired someone competent and capable of fixing it. Please don’t call these losers.
So this lady Shannon just wrote a funny story below, and is far from the truth. These people are liars.

The installed a new roof my house, as well as many neighbors, and did an excellent job. A few years later when the chimney flashing needed replacing the did it under warranty. My only complaint is it took a long time for someone to get back to me after I called.

Would never use this company again. The worst customer service ever. Job was suppose to take one day took three. No communication from the company at all. Workers would show up not let you know they were there. Called to speak with someone from the company was told I was a difficult customer because I had an expectation that I would hear from the company I was pay a lot of money to replace a roof when things change and thry leave my roof incomplete and it rains for the next several days. Never use this company if you want to hear from the company you are going to pay good money to for a job. Again horrible service.
