Store stations were not manned at opening time. Fries were ordered but not charged, however they were given to us free when we brought it to their attention. Extra condiments requested were not provided. Buns are always cold. An African American woman employee seemed to have an attitude about the fries and had to be reminded they were to be included in our order. When she brought the bag with the fries they were slung on the counter without comment as she turned and walked away. I had to ask for an extra bag twice and had the same result when she brought it to the counter. This woman has no business dealing with the public. Reconcile these issues and I could recommend this store. Seems this location has gone down hill recently.

Always great people working here. Have come here a lot and have gotten the greasy amazing five guys burger every time. Coming here late night bow, for a bun less burger. Fantastic!!!

Extraordinarily great hotdogs and hamburgs but fantastic! Also, tons of choices of toppings! French fries are grown in USA and fried in peanut oil and you get a huge amount! Also, free peanuts in shells! Place is always neat and clean!

Hamburger and fries for two 30 dollars. Wow I could gone to carabaras. I am sorry hamburger ok and I know the president loves this place. But why so expensive? It’s fast food? The peanuts must jack up the prices. Mcdonald from now on. Half the price. Same thing in my opinion. To my friends who love this place. I can only say why and but we all different. World of beer in the villages at same high price. Better pick for me.

I can honestly say this place has the best customer service in Lake County as far as my experiences. I called in an order. They have me the heads up that they were slammed but would have it ready in ten minutes. I was late picking up the order and yet when I walked it was like they knew I was the one that called. Asked me if I was Jennifer and repeated my order to me. They made me fresh fries since I was late. How awesome. They offered without being asked. I leave with my fresh fries. I get a call five minutes later. I guess they have caller id and made a point to notate the call in order because I only gave my name when I called. I’m sure there is some system. Anyway, I answer and they call me by name and apologize because they forgot one of my burgers on the heating plate in another bag. They ask how far I am and offer to remake the burger. I thank them for calling, take them up on their offer and let them know I’ll be back in seven or so minutes. I get back and they are remaking my entire order of their own volition. They are both so courteous and friendly. Customer service out of this world. When I compliment the guy who seemed to be in charge, his response was that he wants everyone to get the same experience and have it the true five guys way. 1. They deserve a raise. 2. What a fantastic snapshot of the five guys true culture. 3. The food is delish. Thanks!

Go Hungry or else. As burger joints go there are none better. The toppings are incredibly diverse and unlimited and included in the price. Go easy on the fries or you will leave a lot behind. Simply too much food, but wonderful.

For a burger and fries and a drink, the pricing is a little on the high side, in my opinion. However, you do get a lot of fries in the bag. The burger is juicy or maybe greasy is a word for it and you can have numerous condiments added to it. I have been there three or four times, but I would not go out of my way. When you consider the pricing, there are better places to go and have an enjoyable meal. But, I do understand how some people would enjoy Five Guys, but not everyone.

Love the burgers here-not my 1st time @ FIVEGUYS, but my 1st time at this location! Simple menu-I highly suggest you get the ‘little burger’ and not the regular burger – the ‘little’ size is PERFECT for an average person. Get peanuts while you wait, nice refillable pop options, everything is made Fresh. I’m not a fan of the fries, but my boyfriend lOvEs them-especially with Malt vinegar sprinkled on top! Tons of FREE topping options-a few are: pickles, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, ketchup, grilled onions, raw onions, etc

The latest in Burger Joints. I ate there twice and the burger tasted good but both times it hit my stomach like a sinker. Don’t eat one of these late you’ll be up all night!

There is no reason to stop anywhere else for a burger. Five Guys is the best around.

Fantastic burgers. Great fries. Quick service and free peanuts. What’s not to love? This place kicks butt and is almost as good as In N Out burger. Well, it might be better actually but I won’t say it.

So my parents are retired… living deep in the middle of central Florida in the«Land of the Blue Hairs» and they love Five Guys… but unfortunately for me and this review, Five Guys gets 3 stars… sorry, but you aren’t the bomb… in fact the older I get the more I’m gravitating away from this type of food. The science is good though… lots of fat to satisfy your hunger and salty too as well as more than enough food to feed a small army, but I’m a bit critical just due in part to all the self promotion they do in each and every store… WTF. I mean everyone likes to toot their own horn, but I think they went just a bit over board… plus in a few years when they become old news… those signs plastered all over the walls will look real tacky. But onto the review. First, as with all businesses that start out and then become successful… I have yet to got into a Five Guys and see just«five guys» working… usually more like eight to nine guys. Next, the burgers are good and priced in line with major fast food chains. The quality is good as is the taste and if you take anything away from this review take this one suggestion… order SMALL fries. I swear a small order is enough to feed two people, so it will lower the overall food bill. The fries are good, so long as they stay hot to really warm… once they cool down, then like all fries just lose all merit. Keep them in the bag to keep the quality going during the meal. In this establishment it gets REALLY packed around 11am… if you don’t know a lot of old folks(70 and up thank you) then you probably don’t know they get up VERY early… because they go to bed VERY early and eat meals hours and hours before younger working folks. So the line was just about to the door, though service at this location was very fast in the ordering portion, though getting the food took a little more time. Snag a seat as fast as you can because they get snapped up quickly. Due to how slammed this place was the tables were not cleaned nearly enough… add to that all the peanut shells on the ground from the free peanuts and it starts to look less and less appetizing. Good burgers? Yep. Fast Service… Uh Hun! Lots of Stars for their review… nope.
