Danielle is my favorite! She has been my stylist for a while now. I’ve followed her from a couple different salons and I’m so glad she has moved closer to me. She is absolutely the best!

I love this hair salon. Jeanette does my hair. I always get great compliments and I am able to do my hair because I get a great cut. I have grey hair and I get root touch ups every 3 – 4 weeks and my hair texture is shinny and very nice. I highly recommend this salon.

Salon D’Jenelle is my go-​to spot for a great cut & color. Aside from being greeted with a glass of wine (which, let’s be real, is amazing), my stylist Amber always does an awesome job helping me choose my next look & executing it perfectly! The atmosphere is relaxing & the staff is friendly. I can’t seem to stay away for long! See you ladies again soon.

I’ve been going to Danielle Tucci at D’JanElle for a few years now and I love her! She always knows just what to do to my hair so I walk out loving it, from color to cut. I used to be a natural blonde and once my hair started getting darker, I started highlighting it! I’ve never been as happy with the color as I have since Danielle started doing it. It always looks so natural and never brassy!
Even though Danielle asks at every appointment «What’re you thinking?» or «What do you want to do?» More often than not, I usually sit down and say whatever you’re thinking it needs! Even though I trust her completely with my hair, she still always takes the time to explain what she’s going to do and then gets to work. This is the first time in my life I’ve had really long, HEALTHY hair! Thanks to Danielle!
I just got married a few months ago and the stylist who did my undo kept saying the morning of the wedding «WOW your color is just fantastic! I can’t get over your color» and she sees A LOT of hair! Needless to say my color was perfect for my «Wedding Hair» that Danielle worked so hard to make perfect!

I’ve been a client for 12+ yrs. I moved out of the area seven yrs ago & now drive over 30 miles for my appointments… it’s worth it! From my hairdresser to the receptionist and all the staff one feels welcomed… it’s more like a family!!!

After months of neglecting my thin, straggly hair that had mutated into a rainbow spectrum of dirty blonde all the way through platinum blonde with roots that were deeper than some trees, I had made the decision to bite the bullet and get my life together. I knew going in exactly what I wanted, and previous stylists at other salons have pressured me into more «bold and exciting» looks, and I had always left on the verge of tears hair depressed for ages. I scheduled an appointment with Amber, and when she asked me what I wanted I made my list of demands: as close as possible to my natural color, my hair to be all one color, and a trim, NOT A CUT, just a trim to get rid of the super dead grossness. I was prepared for battle, but instead what I got was an «Okay, no problem.» Amber suggested that she was going to go slightly warmer that my usual color, it is the winter after all, and my natural color is mousy blondish/​brown color. She was very upfront that the color would come out a bit darker, obviously, but that as it lightened it would show through some natural high lights, and when my roots grew in, they would blend in perfectly with the new color. When she trimmed my hair, it was just that, a trim, about an inch around, and added slight dimension, because as I mentioned, I have thin, straggly hair. After the dry and the style, my hair was as she promised slightly darker, and warmer, than my natural color; however, it’s been about a week since my appointment, and the color has lightened, but in no way dulled, and as promised is the perfect shade for when my roots begin to grow in.
That was just the cut. From the moment I walked through the door, the salon was busy, but I did not go unattended. I was greeted politely, and offered a seat with a new magazine, which is rare. As I was seated and waiting for my turn (I was a half hour early for my appointment and only waited a few minutes) I noticed that there were a few children and men either being attended to or waiting for hair cuts. I adore that quality, it’s friendly for the whole family! When I sat down in the sacred chair to discuss my appointment, I was offered a glass of wine, and Amber assured that the small talk was pleasant and upbeat. I felt like a regular from the moment I walked in until the moment I pulled out. The best part, I got 20 dollars off of my services for being a new client… and even better, 15 dollars off of my next appointment along for any referral I make, and even better, 15 dollars for the person who uses that referral.
I live in Fairmount, and work in Center City, I have been in a number of upscale, wonderful salons, but I must say, this one is the best I have been to. The drive to Lafayette Hill is worth every minute. Sorry for the lengthy post, but I cannot say enough pleasant things about this salon! I cannot wait for my next haircut, especially with Amber, she is truly a miracle worker.

I was looking for a new salon closer to my work, and found Danielle at Salon D’JenElle. She’s very patient with my indecisiveness about the style/​cut and she does a great job with color. I’ve been back 3 times, and will continue. The salon has a nice energy to it and everyone is very friendly.

I was referred here from a friend of the owner. They were quick to accommodate me with an evening appointment. Very nice on the phone which gave me a great first impression. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Patty gave me a great cut! She really understood my hair type and listened to what I was looking for. Great personality as well. Walked out feeling great. Very happy customer!

I went to Salon D’JenElle last saturday to cut my hair and do some highlights. Since I’m not from the US and I’ve been here only for a couple of months, it took me a while to decide what hair salon to choose. The reviews of Salon D’JenElle were very positive so, I decided to give it a try…
…and I’m extremely glad I did! Danielle was my stylist and she did an amazing job. At first, I was afraid the color would not turn out the way I wanted but I was completely wrong. Danielle clearly knows what she is doing and the final result turned out much better than what I expected. I really love my hair now and I will definitely go there again before I go back to my country.
Also, the salon has a great décor and everyone is friendly and polite. Love it!

Went in last week as a new client. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Danielle was my stylist & she was so sweet. She really listened to what I wanted and I love my cut. I even received a Thank You note in the mail from her. It’s the little touches like that that will keep me coming back. I’m so glad I found this salon!
