Americus Pizza King & Bar

I went here today to play poker and ordered a small cheese pizza for lunch. When I got the pizza it was burnt in a lot of different spots on the crust. I ate about half of it and returned it. I was asked if I wanted a box and said no and that it wasn’t very good. Now I ate half of it didn’t want anything because I ate half of it before I returned it. When I ordered a sandwich later the cashier looked at me kinda weird and I explained that I didn’t say anything because I Ate half the pizza. The cashier decided to get the owner and when she came to the front got an attitude with me. I explained that I didn’t want to make a big deal about it and that I didn’t want anything for free. At that point she turned a receipt over to draw a circle and show me how much I ate before I returned it. I just shook my head because I had told two different people on three seep rate occasions I didn’t want anything for free and wasn’t trying to make a big deal out of this. The owner then talks down to me like I am a 2 year old and tells me next time I had to saw something earlier or they won’t correct it. Then offered my a mini pizza the next time I came in. Unbelievably rude OWNER! I will never order food from her establishment again. And if she is reading this, treating adult customers like children will put you out of business quicker then you can think. I recommend you take a customer service class or two, be ause your customer service skills or lacking!
