The sign out front says Luxury Apartments(which may have been true decades ago when these apartments were built), but don’t let the sign fool you. The buildings look nice from the outside(that is how they get new clients), but the inside is run-down. The trim is very cheap, cabinets and light fixtures are out-dated, and the closet doors fall off. If you can even get maintenance to come out, they only do the bare minimum. But good luck with that! Every time I called to put in a work order, the message somehow«got lost.» The maintenance staff would blame the office staff and vice versa. When I moved in, the leasing agent(who no longer works there) made a bunch of empty promises. If you do end up living there, make sure you get everything in writing, get a copy of your lease and your security deposit. Have them sign or initial it saying it was paid in full, etc. Hell, you might even want to bring your lawyer! ;) I would also advise you to insist on seeing the actual unit you will be moving in to before your move in date to make sure everything is in good condition. If they make excuses saying it won’t be ready until you move in, then they’re probably trying to hide something. Keep in mind, they may have made improvements since I lived there. I can only speak from my experience. Here are some things I liked about the place: Lots of counter space, location, one time only pet fee $ 150, pool, and they did refund part of my security deposit which was nice.
