I purchased a car from Auto Express on May 2, 2015 after visiting them initially on April 29 to look at vehicles. This was absolutely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with Curt Beaman, Brian, and Mike. They were all courteous knowledgable and low pressure. The deal was handled quickly and professionally. They treated me respectfully, and I like their approach to sellIng cars. I found that there pricing was really fair and the quality of the cars they sell is really high. I would not hesitate to return to buy another car or recommend Auto Express to friends and family.

A different experience in car buying. Cars are open and sales people stay in the office. Prices are lower than most. Makes you wonder why. Don’t haggle much on price and offer as low as possible on your trade. Might be worth looking at a more expensive vehicle elsewhere and get more for your trade due to tax benefits.

The good: The keys are in the cars and they are unlocked. So it’s easy to check them out. Prices are decent.
The bad: good luck getting a sales person to help you out. We were ignored even after going inside. The sales people must not be on commission because they aren’t in any hurry to help you.
The ugly: Manager guy is rude, needs a vacation.
We came in ready to buy. We gave up and went elsewhere.
