Have several thousand at this store over the years. But back in 2011 we bought a bedroom set that cost thousands along with a full size sleigh bed for our child. We got insurance for our bedroom set as his sleigh bed was on sale and was only a couple hundred. Half a year down the road the bed post gets damaged we call them up they checked our warranty and they replace the post. Fast forward to 2 years, we call them up because the supports under the bed are broken and they tell us the bed isn’t made anymore they’ll have to call us back. We get a call back shortly from the manager telling us we don’t have a warranty for our bedroom set, only for the our kids bed. Why would I warranty only a $ 200 bed that was on sale when I spent thousands on a bedroom set? Needless to say I will never do business with them again and I caution others.
