Big Game Fishing Inc

A month later and still no refund on our money that we paid to go to cabo to fish. the hotels have said that they have refunded the money. They could not provide the service because of the hurricane so rightfully they refunded to Big Game fishing. But big Game Fishing is not refunding the money. avoid this company as they are a rip off.

Avoid this company at all costs. I booked a fishing and diving trip with Big Game fishing on the recommendation of one of her long time customers. When our trip cancelled due to the hurricane in Los Cabos Big Game Fishing informed me that I would receive my full refund minus my $ 300 dollar deposit. When I asked why I would not receive my full refund they explained to me that since I had not purchased trip insurance that they would be taking the full deposit. I ask if it was the resort that was not refunding the deposit and I was told no it was Big Game fishing not refunding the deposit since they have to cancel the reservation with the resort. They were trying to express to me that it takes time to cancel the reservation so they will not refund the $ 300 deposit. I totally understand time is money but I feel that $ 300 is a little outrageous to cancel a reservation for something that was out of everyones control.
I have yet to see any of my refund as of yet.
