I’m new to the area and needed to have my favorite leather boots resoled. Before taking them in, I was worried that they were damaged beyond repair because I wore them down a little bit past the rubber sole. The man behind the counter was super friendly and reassured me that he could fix them with no problem! They were ready within two weeks and the price was really affordable. I couldn’t be happier!

This man does not like his job or his customers. He should retire. His work is very sloppy. I took pair of designer shoes and heel needs to be fixed. When I got it back there was glue on the edges and not a very clean finish. It would been better to throw the shoe away than spend money to try and fix it.

Majority of my shoes have leather soles, so I can have the heel/​sole repaired/​replaced. Cobbler Shoppe has always been very good about repairing my shoes. I have brought several pairs of shoes here to have the heels/​soles repaired and I have never had any complaints. They even completely replaced the soles on a pair of huaraches I loved and refused to let die. The price is a bit higher than I would like as a student on a budget, but it beats buying a new pair of shoes.
