Worst bank ever. They post transactions to your account in the wrong order so as to incur overdraft fees even when the money is there and the online bill pay often flat out malfunctions, also incurring extra fees and many more hours spent at the bank rectifying THEIR mistakes. Oh, and the folks at customer service on the phone will take an hour of your time as well only to inform you that they can’t help you and you must go to a branch. The folks here are nice enough, but not competent bankers.

I only use their ATM which is the closest to my house. It took them almost 3 weeks to fix their ATM when the screen broke. That’s just bad business for them.

Ok, I never would have noticed this but well, there is no way my nemesis, Compass bank, deserves 5 stars from any one person, much less 5 people. No dissenters?
Click on these other people’s reviews. Pretty odd how they all seem to review the same places and those places all get five stars. Where’s Arsenio when you need him? (Things that make you go «Mhmm…»)
I think this little game becomes pretty apparent when you realize all these reviews read like ebay buyer feedback.
