Computer Reboot

It may not look fancy, but Computer Reboot’s friendly, good-​humored staff gets the job done quickly and for a great price. I took in the 15″ MacBook Pro that is like my right arm. It’s nearly 4 years old and out of warranty. They quickly diagnosed it with a bad track pad. (Gee, I only use it a million hours a day, every day… it wore out?) They quoted me $ 120 for labor plus cost of a new track pad. While I waited, they searched eBay for the best rate on a replacement. I paid for the part and took the semi-​useable laptop with me.
The part arrived two days earlier than anticipated. They were low on staff when I dropped off my computer and estimated a week to complete the repair.
I was pleasantly surprised when they called in only 48 hours to inform me that the repair was complete. Found a 10% off coupon from a local ad sheet before I headed to the store to pick it up – great promo and bargain!
When they rang the total, they charged me only $ 90 AND subtracted the coupon, saving me a total $ 39 on the original labor quote. Most importantly, though, my baby runs like new!

, but next time I need a cable or adapter, I’m shopping locally at Computer Reboot.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had the FBI virus and they fixed it so quick and much cheaper than I thought. They also added protective software and then showed me how to use it. They are all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again!
