Before finding Craig Pollack, I was very nervous to try acupuncture. I had terrible pain in my jaw from grinding and clenching my teeth. My dentist recommended a mouth guard, and I would wake up every morning without the mouth guard, and a very tense jaw. Craig came highly recommended, so I thought I would give it a shot.
Craig is extremely gentle and relaxing. He talked me through each step of the process. I asked questions, he answered them very clearly. He has an amazing understanding of the body, and he does an incredible job of explaining and easing you through the session. After each session, not only is my jaw relaxed it actually feels like it is healing. My muscles are loosening up with each session and even on a stressful night, my jaw is not the painful tense muscles it used to be.
I thank Craig for this. His guidance and skills are outstanding and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking pain relief.

I went to Craig for my first Acupuncture session to treat insomnia and I have had two wonderful experiences since. Craig made me feel comfortable with the entire treatment and was able to talk me through the procedure and the theory. Craig creates a peaceful atmosphere for his clients and has a gentle spirit. Best of all, my symptoms improved significantly after each treatment!

I am a new recipient of acupuncture, and I was wary at the beginning. But after getting sick and tired of traditional «cures» that were failing me, I was willing to try something new.
Craig is a very easy going, down to earth regular guy (with excellent qualifications I learned (thankfully)) who eased me into the process.
It felt more like I was hanging out with a good buddy, than receiving treatment.
Our sessions wer super relaxing and I aways came away feeling better each time. And after a few treatments the lower back pain I had, was gone.
He also helped with some slight digestive issues I always had and thought were normal.
Also… now gone!
Craig is my personal savior!
I will be back
